We are pleased to announce that as of May 1st, 2019, GNEC became a wholly owned subsidiary of TWD Technologies Ltd., a leading mid-sized Canadian EPCM firm with headquarters in Burlington, ON and offices throughout Canada Burnaby, Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Sarnia, Moncton) and the US (Pittsburgh).

Since inception in 1999, TWD’s corporate mission has been to become a leading engineering firm in Canada. Though the core focus to date has been on the energy sector, TWD has been looking for ways to expand its mission of delivering technical business solutions for engineering project development and execution. Current Principals will remain in management roles with GNEC, which will continue to operate under the name that clients have grown to trust.
